Customer Reviews
Great value on bundle
I was looking for an outdoor sauna and found Bast Sauna. I got the wood stove package deal which included the tent, stove, and some accessories like the Sauna Stones and Heat-Resistant Gloves. The bundle saved me a good amount of money compared to buying items separately, I think it was around 100 euros off. Shipping to my place in Texas took about a week, which was reasonable. Overall, it felt like a solid purchase for the price.
Good tent, quick setup
I bought the Bast Sauna Tent with Wood-Fired Stove. Setup was pretty easy, took me about 30 minutes. Heated up fast. Worked as advertised for outdoor use. Shipping was also quick, arrived in 4 days. Satisfied.
Smooth order, good quality product
My experience with Bast Sauna was mostly positive. I ordered the Portable Sauna bundle, which came with the tent and wood-fired stove. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I got a confirmation email right away. Delivery took 8 days to reach my address in New York, which was within their estimated timeframe. Everything was well-packaged. The quality of the tent fabric seems robust, and the stove is heavy-duty. It heats up surprisingly quickly, usually within 20-30 minutes, using regular firewood. The carry bag for the tent is also a nice touch, making it easy to store away. I did have a question about cleaning the chimney sections and their support team responded to my email within 24 hours. Good product for the price.

quick question for anyone who's bought one of these: is the wood stove automatically included with the tent or is that a separate purchase?
what's the deal with returns? just wondering if it's a hassle if it doesn't work out.
Are these saunas actually legit or just some random knockoff? Always a bit wary of buying expensive stuff online.
Hey, wondering if anyone knows how long it usually takes for these saunas to ship to, say, California? Thinking of getting one for a camping trip next month.
Can you actually leave these tents outside all winter, or do you have to pack it up once it gets cold?
